The Harris County Equity in Transportation Plan will provide a framework to develop transportation systems that provide equitable access to opportunities, transportation safety, health outcomes, and climate resilience regardless of race, gender, income, sexual orientation, age, or religion and to provide an improved framework for funding and decision making.
