10K USO Care Packages will be assembled, all Supporting the USO & the Texas VFW District 4 10am-4pm: - Teams will assemble 10K Care Packages for our deployed troops. 4:30-7:30pm: - Opening Band- Tin Cadillac - Headliner- Jimmie Vaughan & The Tilt-a-Whirl Band LIVE on the Tomball VFW Fairground Outdoor Stage
