Super Tax Day

Children's Books On Wheels Financial Literacy Project "VITA Solutions For Communities" will provide tax services. The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program offers free tax help to people who generally make $56,000 or less, persons with disabilities and limited English speaking taxpayers who need assistance in preparing their own tax returns. Services are available in English, Spanish and Vietnamese. There will be several different locations on different dates through the tax season. This service benefits all qualifying residents in Montgomery County. Partners assisting with the program include WICKed Publicity, Command Central, Woodforest Bank, YMCA and Entergy. Entergy sends email blasts to their customers to advise them of the dates and locations for VITA help.
