Texas Master Chorale will celebrate their return to live concerts with the first performance since COVID-19, "Let Music Live!" The concert will take place Saturday, October 2 and features "Requiem for the Living" by Dan Forrest as well as patriotic favorites. "Requiem for the Living" is a beautiful, powerful work that premiered in 2013. Its composer, Dan Forrest, is described as having “an undoubted gift for writing beautiful music…that is truly magical” (NY Concert Review), with “superb writing…full of spine-tingling moments.” (Salt Lake Tribune) "Let Music Live" will take place at 7:30 p.m. Saturday, October 2, at John Wesley United Methodist Church, 5830 Bermuda Dunes Drive in Houston, 77069.
