Compensation:

• Full-Time: $42,000–$46,000 annually
• Part-Time: $15–$20/hour (based on experience)

We’re growing, and looking for 1 Full-Time and 1 Part-Time Social Media Manager to join our creative, fast-paced marketing agency based in Tomball, TX. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google
• Conduct research to support digital strategy and stay informed on platform trends
• Monitor and report on social media performance and analytics
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent branding and messaging
• Participate in internal meetings and creative planning sessions

Qualifications:

• Must be available to work on-site at our Tomball, TX office
• 1–2 years of experience in social media or marketing
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva, and scheduling tools is a plus
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines
• Open to feedback, eager to learn, and ready to grow with our team
