SERVPRO of Spring/Tomball is in the business of helping people in need. We just happen to do this 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. As an emergency service business we provide professional residential and commercial cleanup and restoration of homes, offices and contents damaged by fire, flood and other catastrophic events.
Whether it is responding to a frantic homeowner at 1:00 in the morning because they've returned after an evening out to find a broken pipe and a flooded house, working 12 hour shifts around the clock to get a property manager or owner back in business after a fire, or traveling to Beaumont, Baton Rouge, or Biloxi to assist with hurricane disaster relief, we are there in uniform bringing order out of chaos.
SERVPRO of Spring/Tomball has been operating under the ownership of Mr. Anthony Scott since December of 2003 with Mr. Robby Sells coming on board as a full partner in July of 2008. SERVPRO of Spring/Tomball has been recognized as an emerging leader in the Fire & Water Cleanup & Restoration Industry from the time our doors first opened. In 2007 we were honored by the Greater Spring and Tomball Area Communities by being named as the Lone Star College System Small Business of the Year. Awards and accolades are great and certainly demonstrate a pattern of successful achievement but at the end of the day our biggest reward is our long list of elated customers who have not only taken the time to fill out our Customer Certificate of Satisfaction forms, but who have also made it a point to write down comments relative to our employees' professionalism, politeness, customer service, and knowledge.
